Main Character Energy WeaponUp Event

Join us as we host WeaponUp at the Overland Park Convention Center on May 16, 2026 for an exciting day of Main Character Energy!  WeaponUp instructors will be guiding us through their novel fusion of Kung Fu, Vinyasa Yoga, & long sword fitness flows.

Let your Main Character Energy shine during the 45 min flow that uses movement, mindfulness and swords to bring you into your own FMC power.

All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Each guest will recieve a yoga mat and book tote bag.  Just bring your water bottle and willingness to explore a new form of movement!  Swords will be provided for use during the class.

In conjunction with the WeaponUp classes, we'll be hosting local romance authors!  Once you're checked in for class, take the opportunity to chat with them about their work and take home a couple of signed copies of new favorites!  Don't worry if you can't meet them all before class.  Browsing after class is also encouraged.
